📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
Please note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs and budget:

🌍 International Shipping
We're happy to ship to 27 countries worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express.

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
⚠️ Restrictions & Exclusions
- Some items may ship from our overseas vendor partners (including Trendsi), which may result in slightly longer delivery times. Any such items will be noted on the product page.
- We currently ship to the United States and 27 international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
